Yeah, I didn't like it either. If I'm going to pretend to have my own country, I want to be the ruler, not some committee that doesn't know a thing about my country.
Precisely the way I feel. Besides....most of the leaders of teh UN are quasi-socialists.... Just take a look at some of the refferendums they've pased recently...

No...I'm not in the UN. I just didn't like the idea of being forced to follow legislation passed by other governments...I did think about it though.
