Oddly enough...

BERLIN (Reuters) - A German woman was so shocked by a spider crawling across her face that she lost control of her car and crashed head on into a roadside tree, police in the western town of Rheine said on Thursday.
The 23-year-old woman screamed and let go of the steering wheel, causing her small car to veer off the road into the tree. The car was totally destroyed but the woman escaped with only slight injuries, a police spokesman said.
"She was shocked by the spider crawling on her face and lost control of her car," said the spokesman for the police in the small town near the Dutch border. The spider survived, he said.
"He crawled out of the window."

Wow. I can sympathize with that woman. I'd have probably done the same thing. A spider crawling on her face. . . . *shudders* I get creeped out when there's one on my wall. :P

hahahaha! This is THE most rediculous thing I have ever heard! If there's a spider on your face, swipe it off and kill it! My gosh. Destroy your car over a stupid spider? I think not.

It's the shock that comes from a spider crawling on your face. It's like when someone pops out and says, "Raaahr!" You don't control whether you jump or not. You just do. It's not like she tried to wreck her car. lol

I'm sure she didn't TRY to wreck her car, but it's still funny! :)

lol You've never been back-handed? Hmmmm. That's mostly what I do. :P Although beating on Yoda's shoulder isn't too rare. lol

lol Hmmm. Weird. One time Frodo scared my mom. She wacked him so hard, he had a red hand print on his chest. It was funny. :D

Yeah. He starts it though. lol And he hits me back. So I don't feel bad about it at all. lol
